It is not the only thing we teach, but they need to be taught. I wish these folks would just kindly back out of these conversations or level up in productive ways and stop hiding behind ideological pontifications.2/2
I can always spot educational scholars who never taught in the classroom or if they did, they taught in schools where families could afford to supplement their teaching with private tutoring. I know when I hear explicit skills instruction is not needed.1/2
