No regrets. Kept all my fave old cast iron. Had to replace a few other pots, which were cheerfully donated to local charity shop. Stove top easy to clean, and often doubles as counter space in my smallish kitchen. Bonus: no more fossil fuels in this house!

You can do it! I find it helps to use a small, young cabbage and briefly blanch the leaves so they soften a bit but are still crisp. The rolls will be small, but so much easier to manage. I don't have full use of my left arm, so this isn't in frequent rotation...but so worth it!
