Honestly, twitch may be the bigger platform right now. Picarto is still used, just not as much.
I just recently started streaming, and decided on Twitch for that reason.
I feel streaming for art as a whole has gone down a lot since people no longer were confined to their homes all the time. I do miss picarto tbh, I do see a few folks still streaming there
