I’m not above the work.
I’m deep in it, with better boundaries and a lot more snacks. #heyouneedtherapy #hynt

Your therapist still forgets to breathe sometimes.
Still learning. Still growing. Still human. #heyouneedtherapy #hynt
Therapists are human too.
We just know the fancy names for our own mess. #heyouneedtherapy #hynt
Therapists are human too.
We overthink. We get overwhelmed.
We also forget to drink enough water. 💧
Healing isn’t about perfection it’s about awareness. #heyouneedtherapy #hynt
It’s spooky season and nothing’s scarier than Sitting out while decisions get made without you.
Don’t ghost your power.
Show up,
speak up,
and stay involved.
In Georgia, early in-person voting for the November 4, 2025 Municipal and Special Elections ends on Friday, October 31, 2025.
Voting matters. If you are tired of the same patterns, speak with your ballot. Silence is still a vote, and it usually supports what harms you most.
Your vote shapes policies, resources, rights, protections, and the world your kids inherit. Do not sit this out. Your voice counts more than you think.
If you want change, you have to participate in the process. Avoidance does not create progress. Voting is a boundary with the future in mind.
If you do not vote, someone else decides for you.
What matters to you right now: education, healthcare, mental health access, safety, rights, or community resources? Your vote speaks for it.
Voting is not just about you. It is about your neighbors, your kids, your safety, and your future. We are all impacted.
This week has felt like a year....
There’s a kind of unspoken understanding when your brain doesn’t run the “standard software.” It’s grace in action, and it’s beautiful.
How do you support your friends, colleagues, or family when their ND symptoms show up?

Having a best friend who’s also neurodivergent is such a gift. We both have our diagnoses, our quirks, our “please don’t talk to me right now” moments, and somehow, it just works.
Let me get this merchandise together.
I would never forget my Hispanic and Latinx fam. My mom’s side is Dominican, y siempre llevo mi cultura conmigo.
I am beyond blessed...
(Tupac voice) You are appreciated.
Dear Giants, call me Spike Lee at a Knicks game, front row, energized, and fully unafraid to voice exactly what I’m seeing.
I love a good Yorkshire pudding, especially when the gravy hits!
You are really trying to make this introvert take up space on here, huh? Honestly, your excitement is motivating me to do just that. These were just test samples and I want to make sure the final merch is worth every penny before it drops. Follow me here to be the first in line when it’s ready. 🖤
And if I am please teach me the error of my ways.
The way that @bsky.app banner settings work is not kind to people like myself. I cannot be the only one!
Lately I’m not interested in performing, shrinking, or pretending.
I want real connection, real expression, and space to just be without editing myself for other people’s comfort.

Even the most painful self-beliefs often started as protection.
You don’t have to perform softness for people to believe you’re growing.
Your healing doesn’t need their approval.
Some people only recognize compassion when it looks like self-sacrifice.
Let them be confused.
Honesty doesn’t always sound gentle.
Growth doesn’t always look graceful.
Healing doesn’t always feel peaceful.
It’s still healing.
Compassion isn’t always “being nice.”
Sometimes it’s protecting your peace.
Sometimes it’s walking away.
It still counts.
People think healing should look calm and cute.
Sometimes it looks like boundaries, silence, or saying no.
It still counts.
