A black and light yellow fuzzy bee pokes most of the way out of a hole in the dirt
Every March these ground nesting bees appear in my neighborhood, digging their individual holes in the ground for their eggs. They're cute, fuzzy and completely uninterested in me as I try to catch them peeking out of their holes.

Providing a little water for wildlife works magic! All I did was put a small pond in my suburban yard and now these perfect, enchanting little creatures appear every year. I am awed and blessed.
