I think you call them fava beans? Might be very very close but not exactly the same thing? If you have a garden grow broad beans, they are so easy to seed

If you want to get fancy add onion at the beginning when you add your bacon. If you cook it low they will caramelise... I also love it with hotsauce

Oh it's so simple, chop your bacon up into little strips. Pop them in a frying pan with some butter salt and pepper. Wait until the bacon is part cooked then add your broad beans, give it a bit more cook time then add your peas. It's a WW2 time recipe passed down from my great grandmother.

How can you make broad beans, peas and bacon with no peas!?

Thanks 😅 Finally getting the adhd assessment was wild in itself, I was feeling a whole bunch of things after. Autism, I would never have guessed in a million years. I'm still processing it all. The psychiatrist said when the adhd is being managed, autistic trates will become more apparent.
