Honestly, I don't know why I didn't go there right away. I was busy with atproto, OAuth, token sessions, Redis, this and that, while it took me only 5 minutes to create a JSON and simply query it. Ahahahaha.

At the end i went the most simple way: GitHub issue and then PR to add a JSON entry.
Manual check for the win. It's also easy to keep history of interactions and adding or removing accounts.
Just put a nice plant on top of it and call it a day. Easy!

This one I feel is a bit tricky and we need to be careful. Ostracizing bots is one thing, but doing the same with actual developers that might need guidance is different, in my opinion.
