Pre-gaming it when you’re in your 40s is taking a three hour nap at 4pm and then going to bed “officially” at 9:30.
I’m such a hypocrite - working out while listening to Rage Against the Machine. Can’t really say “f%ck you I won’t do what you tell me” while obediently following every single thing the trainer does in the workout video 😅 @rageagainst.bsky.social
