If I was going buy one today, I'd probably wince at the price but go with Packout. It's a very well thought out ecosystem, and they even have tote bags and backpacks that latch into the system so you can have a go bag.

For organizing & toting toys, any of them are more than enough so it's pretty much what color scheme do you like & what your toys will fit in?

Milwaukee Packout and Klein have some drawer units so you can get at things without unstacking it all.

I used to have a collar that was 4" wide. When that was locked on, there wasn't a whole lot of moving my head around.

This one is heavy leather lined 2-5'8" wide that is also pretty restrictive if it's on snug.
