She's right. We only get one go. I had a huge breakdown on Friday. Nearly sent me over the edge. I had to do something to myself to let it out, self-harm, or worse. I chose to shave my head & cut into it. I'm not giving up on my life & sitting doing nothing is as bad as self-harming. Live it! X

Reform voters won't read it. They listen to Farage soundbites & see headlines as they scroll. Non voters will be the same. Hopefully, people who feel disenfranchised will read it & realise their vote is important. Labour won a council seat from Reform, but the turn out was only 25%

I've managed to go down the intermittent fasting route. I'm disabled, can't exercise & had put loads of weight on. That worked for a few yrs, but I had a car crash in Oct & need to eat for recovery. Piling it back on, but not eating badly. I can't go out so don't have to resist then, thankfully!

They don't have a double lock system in the main. They work the same if the door is simply shut. It locks. The keys aren't "knock off" either. They're radar keys the same as any radar key & I've never known or heard of any break a lock.

It doesn't matter where you get the keys from either. They all open the doors.

They do open the doors, supposed to or not. Not many doors that I use have an In Use or Vacant sign showing so you have to knock & listen, but in many venues, when it's loud, such as gigs, you can't hear any shouting, "Someone's in here!"

Please do! I don't want a repeat of that last time. I don't know who was more embarrassed, you or me!

It's worse in a disabled toilet because people have keys & don't always knock to find out if anyone's inside! 😳

The other thing the Internet has shown is that most villages have more than one idiot!

I remember going back to uni in 93 & the we sent emails to lecturers in America. It was mind-blowing. We were also shown how academics had started compiling & copying every medieval document to put them all on the Internet, saying that eventually everything would be on there! Incredible!
