A year ago, I swore the only thing I'd ever knit was illusion knits. A few days ago I saw a knit along video for a shirt, and decided to give it a shot. It might turn out awful. It might not. Anything is possible, and I think that's the point for me. To enjoy the experience and see what happens.
My own therapist knew all my significant relationships and that information came out very naturally over time. This gives me something else to consider. Thank you for sharing your perspective.

The BSW field placement has begun. Guess who hasn't had a single response? The director wants to start setting up interviews by the end of September, which is 5 days from now. I'm contacting any organization that might take me so is the FP director. .
I've been mostly quiet on here because it's summer break and I'm reading for pleasure as much as possible. Don't have a lot of time for personal reading during my courses, so I'm making up for it during summer break. Totally worth it.

Judge Reyes just ruled that transgender people have served honorably in the military, judges Trumps trans military ban - which states trans people are inherently dishonorable - as unconstitutional and motivated by animus.
Trans military members may continue to serve.

I'm retaking a a class I dropped last spring. This class was the catalyst for my ADHD evaluation and diagnosis. I'm not looking forward to taking the class again, but I am hoping it will be a little easier. At the very least, I'd like to cry less while doing assignments this time around.
