I cannot seriously copy code that fast. This only took about three listens, but part of it was a guess just based on vocabulary and unconscious patterns. I think that's good, but I'm NOT capable of 40wpm copy.

Morsle has been particularly helpful, but the fact that all words are 5 letters is kinda bad. Call signs are better practice. I use Morse Mania too.

In other news, it turns out that there WAS something wrong with the antenna... I've had two coax failures in just about a week, on different radios. Maybe three; haven't quite diagnosed one of them yet, though it's fairly certain to be a cable problem...

There's a part of me that really wishes my entire ham radio existence wasn't so completely consumed with "Is there something wrong with my radio (or antenna)?" Sometimes I just wish stuff worked. Sigh.
