CD & M-Mode can be combined🦄 so let‘s measure the color-m-mode flow propagation 🌈. You measure from the MV 4cm into the LV, and the cm/sec gives information about DD (if abnormal, <50cm/sec, filling pressures are likely elevated) 🤔

I stand corrected - a colleague pointed out that the left upper and left lower PV are mixed up, which is true. The left upper is the one closer to the left atrial appendage!
