I wrote about how the US and Israel carried out an attack on an Iranian girls school on par with the OKC bombing and US media relegated it to a back page story. No stand alone evening news segments, no front page stories, it made A11 in the NYT then everyone moved on.
Right, but the article I linked breaks down that justification by noting the history of the school's physical separation, over the course of several years, from the military complex, and also the ultra-precise nature of the attack, skipping one building and targeting another.

I don't understand this line of argument, you seem to be saying Israel needed the US because it couldn't go it alone, but also that it's absurd to suggest Israel dragged the US into it.
