Every 10 minutes a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK.

After years of Conservative neglect, we simply cannot wait to reform the breast cancer screening programme.

The 10 year plan must rebuild local health services and the cornerstone of that should be early diagnosis and treatment.
