This is because it has a sole or significant purpose of online social interaction with features designed to encourage user interaction, including through livestreaming content.   Twitch is a platform most commonly used for livestreaming or posting content that enables users, including Australian children, to interact with others in relation to the content posted.   From 10 December age-restricted social media platforms will be required to take reasonable steps to prevent under 16s from having accounts on their platform.   We’ve published our views on whether some platforms will be age-restricted social media platforms to provide additional certainty for Australian families and industry.    But we expect all online platforms that operate in Australia to assess their obligations under Australian law. What I can speak to immediately after listening, though —something I'd not anticipated doing at 2-3am, I was that drawn in by how My Old Ways developed— is how at peace I feel. It's not a head empty kind of peace, just an ordered thought, relaxed heart, hot chocolate in bed kinda thing. Content.

Trouble is, waiting a bit to finally listen means I read the misgivings of crybaby psych bros before listening, which is tempting me to just talk about the slight style shift (it's still obviously Tame Impala, silly boys) instead of the intentionality and complexity of the new work.

Deadbeat is the first Tame Impala album I have instantly fallen totally into since Innerspeaker.

The others were great from the start, but it wasn't love at first listen. Currents' inability to stick to a concept put me right off that album for a good year.

Only just listened. Will think more.
