People always got surprised to hear that Luffy was single, not only because of his age but because he had always been popular.
Aaaand that was it hehehe, sorry if it was difficult to follow I didn't know how to summarize all the ideas ๐ but I hope you like the idea of an obssesed and manipulative omega Law as much as I do ๐
Law knew that with the amount of scent conditioning he did on Luffy, his inner alpha will be searching for him during his rut. He knew the alpha wouldn't be satisfied with just a fleshlight and Law was eager to please his alpha with anything he needed.
"Alright" This was the last message Law sent, so Luffy took it as a confirmation that Law was not gonna go.
What he didn't know is that the omega was actually grinning to himself right now. Everything was going just as planned.
As always Torao was an angel, but Luffy couldn't risk harming him. "Nono Im alright, really. When I was younger I used to have pretty violent ruts ๐

He needed to warn Law about it, he wrote to him not to come visit this time, cause it could be dangerous for Law to be near him. "It could be a hormonal disorder caused by the stress you went through. This kind of sudden ruts can be rough, are you sure you don't want help ?"
But something started to go wrong.
Luffy's fangs itched in a weird way, he drooled without reason and his body temperature increased sporadically.
It was so strange, Luffy hasn't had a rut in years. They were usually just like a little fever and random boners through the day
Coming back to his home was a complete difference experience now, sometimes Law arrived earlier (yes, he has a copy of the key, Luffy trusts him a lot ๐) and waited for him with dinner ready. It all felt so warm and Luffy's mind became fuzzy when he hugged Law greeting him
Even after Luffy got fully recovered, Law offered coming back everyday to check on him.
This new routine made Luffy want to go home faster just see the omega again, his coworkers smirked at him asking about that sweet smell lingering on his clothes.
Luffy became more touchy with him, on instinct, he felt the need to bury his nose on the omega's neck, to touch his skin from time to time.
Law encouraged this by telling him that it was a normal reaction for an alpha to have after not having a mate for that long of a time.
Law always said those kind of things before scrubbing his wrists on Luffy's neck, purring while doing it. Luffy's inner alpha always reacted positively to this, always pleased with the omega's sweet and soft scent on his skin.
"It helps to make you relax and improves blood circulation." he explained, Luffy had never heard of anything like that but Law was the proffesional after all "Omegas have an special ability to make alphas feel better, it is scientifically proved."
Law's presence on his house became a habit, his scent was everywhere. Literally everywhere.
On the furniture, on the sheets of his bed, on the clothes he wore and even on Luffy himself.
Law insisted that scenting while massaging his sore muscles was something normal.
Law was a very diligent, grumpy and serious omega, he never let Luffy do anything.
And since he was so bored, Luffy tried to talk with him (and sometimes annoy him) to entertain himself. Law was actually a pretty funny guy and it didn't took him long to grow fond of him.
So his friends decided that the best decision to take, was hiring a nurse to look after him. Luffy wasn't really sold on this idea, but the thought of being completely alone when he couldn't even move freely, was terrifying.
This is how he met Trafalgar Law.
Until it wasn't.
After suffering an accident at work, Luffy broke an arm and leg, leaving him completely helpless for months.
Since he didn't have a family or a mate, there was no one at home to take care for him for such a long time.
No matter how many omegas tried to date him, he never really cared about romantic relationships so he never settled down.
He didn't need any of that to feel fulfilled, he enjoyed being with his dear friends, meeting new people and travel all he wanted. Life was great.
