Disgusted bc my wife was stressing yesterday and had me take her blood pressure 3x yesterday just for it to be fine. But then I decided to humor myself and take mine too only to see that mine was concerningly high 🫠.
I keep cycling between telling myself to stay content where I am bc I finally have peace and wanting to try something new and disrupt what I got in order to challenge myself.
That being Rich/wealthy = being intelligent.
