Thank you for sharing - this is really useful.
I wonder if DAPOs with their cross-proceeding availability are pushing in that direction? Perhaps not far enough. Appreciate her advocacy for the cost-saving and wider positives of public funding in these cases. Strongly recommended listening for family lawyers/students/anyone interested. 2/2
I really enjoyed Amol Rajan's interview with Lady Hale www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/... - in particular her suggestions for a single application and proceedings in private family law proceedings. 1/2

A pleasure to record this podcast for the ConnectEd Voices of Belonging podcast series. @gemstanden.bsky.social was a lovely interviewer and I was able to share the joys of working in partnership with students @unirdg-law.bsky.social with some ideas for quick-wins.

This really is an excellent series. I binged it while stuck on a train for far too long. Will be a strong "recommend" for my students. Many congratulations @joannahs.bsky.social.
Why didn't they approve this? It would have made them a fortune!
@lawprofamanda.bsky.social !! When students come in and say "I'm fine" - I'd gesture and say: fine, like this?
