Other ways and means to strengthen the team though. You’re allowed 4 loans a season. Utilise that route to plug gaps until we’re in a position to buy. Obvs wages etc. need to be taken into consideration but there’s lads warming the bench of bigger teams who’d surely be open to a bit playing time?

Aye I think Bruno’s genuinely was just a nod to how tight the league is as opposed to anything else. Can’t see him leaving anytime soon TBH. Unless the club need the £. Based on how he / his lass, speaks about the club/city, can’t see him trying to engineer a move.
Just a tweet / post saying “he doesn’t know what the future holds” in relation to the league / position. I.e. he hasn’t got a crystal ball to predict how the seasons going to pan out but in typical Geordie/NUFC fashion, the balloon knots started having a melt down 😂
