Your art has improved a ton, your anatomy has imroved, your line art, but you still retain a very unique style. It’s really awesome to see. And your practicing isn’t useless at all, the sketches you showed look great. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself

It’s easy to look at artists and think “I’ll never be as good.” I constantly look at other artists younger than me or in my age range and I think about how behind I am. But everyone is learning differently and the thing that they excel the most at is having fun and enjoying art.

Your commission looks hella underpriced to me. Your art has definitely improved over time even if you don’t see it. The best thing you can do if you want to enjoy making art is not to compare yourself to very privileged kids who got handed everything with an endless amount of YouTube tutorials.

Why quit drawing?
