It's wild to me how such a broad title can be applied to an analysis of a very specific set of exposures. Nearly every sentence of the abstract is so broad there's no meaningful inference...

There is a group of people that are supposed to be composed in high stress situations, train for them in fact, get paid well for it, and are given very, very broad leeway on how they act, and yet they shit their pants constantly and cry about how scared they are all the time.
