That rotten core never really gets smaller or heals but you do grow larger around it with the years. And for what it’s worth, I really respect and admire your work, you create with such a unique flavor and I’m always so happy to see anything from you. I sincerely hope that things get better.

Only staying alive through random acts of kindness by others and luck of the draw to live in a place with welfare systems, and always, always so guilty about it. Knowing there’s never gonna be a time in my life where I don’t feel like a leech on someone or something. But what I can say-

I know it’s impossible to realistically equate these kinds of experiences/feelings and our stories are different but I still want to say you’re not alone in it. I’ve felt like a permanent burden on everyone since I hit adulthood and realized I’ll never be a “normal” and “useful” member of society
