I've been suffering severe mental and physical anxiety since Christmas, when I had a major panic attack. Nothing I've tried has helped. I'm unable to do much work to make ends meet and now I need to drop money on a doctor (I have no insurance.) Anything helps.
I tried so hard to prevent this, but I'm literally falling apart. I can barely eat and sleep. Thought I had it under control for almost a week, then my health took another nosedive. I feel like my body is trying to tear itself in half.

The picture is not perfect even AFTER the corrections, but the point is to achieve a balance that YOU think looks right. Many programs have a different keyboard shortcut for FLIP. it is important to set it to something EASY, so you can move QUICKLY (kind of like CTRL+Z for "undo") I would recommend a SIDE PERIPHERAL, such as a Razer Nostromo or Tartarus V2, which allow you to have a handy side device full of ALL your programmed shortcuts. It also allows you to have your hand out of the way.
