2/2 in October of 2025, the SCOTUS declined to hear her appeal, ending the appeals process for her. Allowing the release in December,not that this DOJ was ever going to allow it to happen.

1/2 Ummm just like trump 1.0,the DOJ during Biden’s term, COULD NOT,I REPEAT, could not release anything to do with the Epstein files. GM was sentenced in 2022, the appeals process began immediately. As long as there is a pending case within the courts, files remain sealed.

2/2 process for her. The “files” couldn’t be released while the case was still pending before the courts.

1/2 JE was arrested in trump 1, died in 2019. The case against GM was still working its way through the court. She was sentenced in June 2022 & began the appeals process. Her case didn’t reach SCOTUS until sometime last year & in Oct 2025, the SC declined to hear her case, ending the appeals
