Sometimes I beat myself up for letting myself grow angry with photography. Something about the schooling pushed me away. I miss the development and the pain. I remember the vinegar-y tinge to my fingers when I processed this 8x10, shot with a massive camera in south Milwaukee

There was one guy who was openly gay (we were a very LGBTQ+ friendly one, despite a chunk of us being popped-collar frat bros) and, being stumbling drunk after his initiation, quietly admitted to me that he originally only joined hoping he'd have been forced to "do more Gay stuff" 😂

Not to Dox myself, but in college I actually was management for a frat. There was a hierarchy to the joining process with some silly rules and tasks for pledges, but we made a point for it to be fun. One guy couldn't turn Left at any point around brothers, another had to memorize movie trivia, etc.
