im not saying rosalina is infallible or whatever, of course she isnt. but shes a powerful, skilled character - the game puts a limit on her without removing her agency (stolen power stars she needs help retrieving), so theres no reason the movie should disrespect her instead

guess i have to hope the synopsis has a real creative definition of "save" and means something that isnt a stupid kidnapping thing. that would be such a crappy plot and not at all representative of her character

trying not to get too negative based on barely any info but god, relegating rosalina to a "damsel in distress" would be an incredibly incorrect representation of her character/role in the games. very much hoping they do not do this, bc it would be a massive disappointment
