My mother. I love her, but she truly believes that I am a complete fraud in my job, and any day now (for the last 11 years) I'm going to get fired because someone figured that out.

Probably have to pay back a bunch of money, too.

So:
1) easy: neutral drop off, but maybe also deputize others in the group to store stuff?
2) improves their life: make sure it's good food
3) talk about it a lot: do what you can to flood the algorithm so that people see it's available.

This might be a similar to a "process adoption" problem I'm working on. An organization makes changes to a process (for some reason), and people in the org struggle to adopt it because it's new and unfamiliar. What helps: make it easy, make sure it improves their life, and talk about it a lot.
