A 64-year-old Texas man Jesse Ruffer, is facing felony charges for attempting to run his Black neighbor, Blaine McShall a veteran, over with a car while shouting racial slurs.
Ruffer was charged with felony aggravated assault following an incident on June 16 in a west Houston neighborhood.
