25MST w2d2 Upper body. This was a sweaty workout even though it was upper body. This time-under-tension really makes me feel the muscles I am working. Glad I got my workout in early on my day off! Hope everyone is doing well today. ❤️
Today I started 25 Minute Speed Train. Wk 1, Day 1, Lower Body. The heart rate went up and my legs felt wobbly at the end so I think I did it right. I liked the no counting of reps and just going for time. It was a good thorough leg workout without any extraneous stuff. 👍🏻

10 Rounds week 6 day 5. Last day of the program! Boxing.
🥊 Happy to say I made it through the 10 Rounds program. It was good and I learned a lot about boxing 🥊 and feel a lot more confident with the moves.

10 Rounds week six day 3 Boxing. 🥊 It was a challenging workout with all the boxing combinations. Feeling it in my shoulders and the sides of my legs and torso due to all the twisting from the punches. Was a good workout and only 2 left in this program. It’s been good. 🥊
Did my usual mid day jogging workout. Got some shin splints but stretched out afterwards.
10 Rounds Week 3 Day 3 Boxing. This workout went by fast because in the Boxing sections we did footwork which turned 45° then 90° and back. It was confusing at first and I did t do very good at it or adding in all the boxing moves into the combinations. By the end, I had gotten the hang of it though
10 Rounds Week 3 Day 2: Legs. This was a deceptively simple workout. By the time it was over I was totally feeling the impact. 10 Rounds is definitely making me use my muscles in the legs and arms and core so differently. And I have the soreness to prove it. TGIF and have a good weekend.
10 Rounds week 3 day 1 Boxing. No new boxing moves today but we worked at combining the footwork for the “L” shaped footwork. There were moments I was in the flow with the moves. But then there were times where I got so lost and had to slow down. But I got through this challenging workout very well!
10 Rounds Week 2 Day 5 Boxing. The last day of week 2 and I felt like I was getting more comfortable with the combinations. I get very focused in these workouts. Sometimes I get the combo easily and then I’ll be halfway through it and get a brain freeze for the next move.

10 Rounds week 2 day 4: Legs. I continued on with 10 Rounds today after taking 2 full rest days. I really needed the rest days. From all the boxing moves and twisting I got so sore on my outer thighs. Still feeling that today but was able to do all the leg exercises today.
