Respectfully, the 18th Congressional District has had two representatives die in the last 24 months and went nearly a year without representation. People are tired.

Imagine weaponizing an award from a local NAACP chapter like some get-out-of-accountability free card, while simultaneously engaging in racism and misogynoir so blatant and apparent that the national NAACP has to step in and tell you to knock it the fuck off…

How many times in our lifetime has a Republican president taken office, crashed the economy, and started an unnecessary war in the Middle East?

At some point, it stops being just a coincidence and starts being a pattern.

Me… every day since December 8th, 2025:

WHY ARE WE BOMBING IRAN?!?!

How do we increase housing supply?
How do we protect first time buyers?
How do we make sure neighborhoods don’t quietly shift from homeowners to rental portfolios?

Because homeownership is still one of the primary ways families build generational wealth in this country.

Cash offers. Waived inspections. Quick closes.

And suddenly first time buyers and working families are competing with corporations.

If supply is tight and investors are clustering in the same zip codes, regular families feel it… even if the overall percentage sounds small.

Countywide, these big firms own about 1% of all single family homes.

That’s not some Wall Street takeover of the entire market.

But when they concentrate purchases in specific neighborhoods (especially starter home communities) that’s where the squeeze happens.

Houston, we need to talk about what’s happening to our housing market.

A new Kinder Institute report shows large institutional investors are buying up single family homes in west and north Harris County—especially in communities like Spring and Atascocita.

One side says the quiet part loud.

The other wraps it in words like “electability” and “tone.”

But bias is bias.

Y’all love confident Black women when they’re performing power. You get squeamish when they’re actually seeking it.

A lot of liberals (read as: leftists) aren’t that different from MAGA when it comes to Black people—the only difference is the vocabulary.

Because the same ones cheering when she’s dragging somebody in a congressional hearing or delivering a viral floor speech suddenly got nervous when her name is floated for Senate.

It became, “Ehh… I don’t know… she might be divisive.”

Divisive to whom?

Jasmine Crockett doesn’t play respectability politics—and that’s what makes y’all uncomfortable.

When certain “liberals” call her polarizing, what they’re really saying is she’s too bold, too sharp, too unapologetic, too unbothered by white comfort.

Just say that. Stand on it.
