Follow up note: I do not know right now what this means for Untold Tales of the Full Moon. It was our intention for the series to return for March's full moon, but given the mental and physical health setbacks the last 3 weeks of work have caused me, we may have to wait 1 more month. 💜

And she's right, it wasn't enough time despite the fact that it's the "standard" amount of time off. And I just talked myself into thinking it was enough in the same way cis women in America think their company is "generous" for giving them 6 weeks of maternity leave. Like, good lord!
Corporate America sucks, but I'm incredibly thankful for the department I work in after the last 48 hours. I felt like my brain was melting so I finally talked to my manager and she was horrified that they only gave me 4 weeks off for a full mastectomy. So now I get more time off on boss's orders 🫠
