That's its brightest setting, it can be turned down by remote control.

Sorry to hear about your injury, yes the collar does static colours as well as patterns, the speed and light intensity can also be adjusted by remote control. I do love a night time walk myself and i might have done a bit of raving around the same time as well😂, we may have crossed paths.
