The best part of any yop down sweater, Splitting for sleeves.
I normally split and work the sleeves first, or ill finish the ball of yarn on the body, but rarely if ever do I do the body completely first.
What about you?
Let's knit together. Finishing a summer tank in 8 days was a great accomplishment.

I've been MIA because life and unfortunately death has had me in a choke hold. I've posted a couple of videos about life, knitting and coping. Care to join me?

I FINALLY got my yarn in to make @sannipauliina.bsky.social Path of The Night pattern. I've been waiting so patiently.
Letlopi definitely doesnt have a piece of soft found but the sturdy and long wearing warmth is gonna be π€πΎ
I shared the yarn colors in my latest video. Come knit with me.
Come on over, let's knit a bit. Don't forget the coffee. In this video, a Big Wip is finished, and a pocket snafu on the Besties Hoodie.
Need some help to figure out should I cut these?
The internet says cut the head before they separate, but these look like individual florets, not a full head? Also, is this pale greening, a sign of it turning yellow?
I'm in #zone7b #gardening
Lol well ambition is certainly needed to grow
Too cute
You're doing awesome!
Lol I'm all about a good sale, but fibers, fiber combos, patterns for the yarn, other people's projects for inspo with the yarn. All of the things.
Welcome!! Can't wait to see the good stuff
I love your support! Thank you. I'm trying to keep consistent cuz that's what they say is important lol
If you have questions along the way let us know.
Welcome back to the colorful side of life lol...those first few projects definitely are a kick in the pants on the muscles. I wear compression gloves for that reason.
I use "My Row Counter" app and sometimes GoodNotes to download the pattern and write on it digitally. What are you making?
Lol it happens like that all the time.
Omg...it's only 8:11 pm and I want to go to sleep.
Why am I fighting it lol. I sat and knit on my shawl for an hour, so so slow.
To be fair...it IS raining...and this is definitely sleeping weather.
It's still cold here, if that matters to when I cut them. They look nothing like a head of broccoli from the store so I'd want them to get a little bigger...but I also don't see signs of bolting. (That's when flower buds start forming right)
Also, I'm in 7B if that makes a difference

I planted broccoli from a local nursery last year in June. Didn't have anything happen until December when I started getting small crowns fast forward to today. How do I know when these are ready to cut off the stalk? i'm ready to eat them lol
Btw they're in my greenstalk
Well said. I'm a knitting YouTuber and share my journey, but, always try to leave you all with a smile, feeling inspired, and for at least 30 minutes of the day, ignore the outside world.
I also host live knit groups so we have something to look forward to.

I casted on way more than the pattern called for so it's really scrunched on the needles.
I need to jump into a Stephen West Shawl. He has some great half circle ones i loved watching people make.
