i lost 5 stone when i got told i had diabetes, but put it all back on (and maybe more) when i finished at tesco and was sat on my harris all day in the call centre.
this new job has me moving. i have walked to work every shift this week. couldn't have done that five years ago.

it's not something i do often. last time was November and i was chuffed to be marginally under 20st.
a colleague commented the other day that as i was walking down the road she didn't realise it was me as i "have lost so much weight" so i weighed myself today.
