Colorado governor signals he may free election denier Tina Peters Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold previously told Democracy Docket that Governor Jared Polis should not pardon Tina Peters.

NEW: Colorado’s governor signaled he may grant clemency to Tina Peters, a prominent election denier currently serving a nine-year state prison sentence for her role in a 2021 voting system breach.

Peters has become a focal point among Trump and far-right allies who’ve called for her freedom.
