Yeah, this has been my experience, too. I'll keep an eye on Gruv and B&N. Thanks for the reply.
Where's your go-to to order Blu-Rays?
Kamoolah
I survived on it in Osaka in August. Literally nothing more delicious when you're dehydrated from the heat
β Intacto (2001)
Ricky Watters
The Dray, near Molly Maguire's and the Tin Hat? Small, quiet, serves coffee and beer (no hard liquor). Occasionally busy for soccer games but otherwise super chill. Decent flatbread pizzas.
This took an embarrassingly long time
@michaelhobbes.bsky.social is this a #nudge? Because the premise of that ep still haunts me
Where tho
Love finding three day old emails I havenβt seen because Outlook didnβt think they were βfocusedβ
Penix for Heisman. Absolute baller. What a game
Mariners refuse to release me to focus on Seahawks and kraken. Kinda rude tbh
They just played halftime at the Seahawks game which was real weird too
The UW Husky band just played Neck. This could be the start of something special

About as farm to table as it gets

Alone in my house screaming for a pass interference call at my retro bowl game
<Judas shows up> why tf is Keitel here

One of the best pizzas I've ever had: white base, bacon, pineapple, jalapeΓ±o, caramelized onions, plum sauce drizzle (the David Bowie at Pie for the People at Snoqualmie Pass in WA)
I think this is why Wool worked for me. Not a ton of visual description of the silo, no need to come up with a lot of new lingo for things like "flash drive" or "email"
I don't read a ton of sci-fi or fantasy but it seems like this is an epidemic of the genres? It feels at odds with the imaginative world-building these genres are attempting to do. "Imagine a world, now let me tell you every small detail so you don't actually have to imagine it"
It's like 60 degrees in my house. After two weeks in sweaty Japan it feels GLORIOUS to be kinda chilly and maybe I need to pull on a sweatshirt
as a society we need to confront the fact that we talk about johnny cash killing his wife on columbo but not about coach from cheers directing that episode
Counterpart is my pick. An ocean of ideas to explore from that concept.
Right?!
Feels like a cultural difference I wasnβt aware of? Donβt Americans usually face the door? Am I crazy about this
