So excited to have this paper published in JCCP! @lluaces.bsky.social and I conducted a nation-wide fully remote RCT with over 800 participants to test a self-guided 4-week behavioral activation therapy tool in online workers and found significant improvements in anxiety, depression, and well-being!
Very excited to have this paper published! Stemming from my qualifying exams, Sydney Adams, @lluaces.bsky.social and I explored what’s included in common QOL measures. This paper was a great lesson in not giving up! And great exposure practice reading scathing reviews…
