I am so out of loop with what's going on with my local scene since I joined Bluesky. I've been following local accounts and liking their stuff but all I see here were either US propaganda or world issues. It's good to know these things but knowing local stuff are far more useful for me.

I guess it really pisses of people when you show the world just how happy and content you are in life. Stay mad, dear, stay mad.

The music industry has serious barriers that can hold musicians back:

Gatekeeping: Only "chosen ones" get access to top opportunities like scoring movies.

Financial Struggles: Streaming pays pennies, and production costs are sky-high.

Sometimes, it is far better not to say anything rash and reactionary than to apologize constantly for having an opinion formed from lack of information, context, or even by being fed with misinformation and misleading statements.

I dont understand why not having an opinion or trying not to have one while not being informed better is such a rare thing for people these days. Like to do so is an affront to other people who already have an opinion and they would assume that you have a contrary one and just afraid to share it.
