Watching through Scorsese's filmography and it is absolutely insane the amount of a-list actors that he has worked with on virtually every movie he has made.
Just saw the re-release of Shin Godzilla in 4k. This shit still hits just as hard. Evocative and potent. While speaking on topics specific to Japan about particular incidents, its message can be used broadly against the ineffectiveness of most governments around the world.

Saw Weapons in IMAX today. What a weird, thrilling, and creepy ride. Zach Creggar has definitely solidified himself as one of the most interesting horror directors around.
And on that note, this is the first summer where I've kept up with most of what is coming out in theaters. I know movie going is dying but you just feel at peace in the theaters. It's my therapeutic sensory tank.
