Using Bluesky again just to drop my unasked opinion, it's just that I am beyond surprise with how bad the summer game fest was and how good the rest of events are.
Like the South Asian and Latino America showcases are full of games that could keep anyone buying games for a year and not touching any AA/AAA game. And the wholesome games start to show more games that are not about working (but they still there for those who like them)
Man, if I am learning something from these events is that indies are going to carry the industry for those with eyes to see beyond the souls likes, gacha, battle royals... that continue to fill the market like AI slop in twitter. I don't know if last year was this good for indies but damn.
normally if you backflip with a cape you'd have the cape covering your face, but I guess magic helps #gamedev #indiedev

So far, Stalker 2 is what I hoped a more "friendly" version of the originals would feel like. A few issues non related with performance/bugs but design choices. But is contender to be one of those games that I will keep playing until the end. Being nowadays a weird thing to happen 🥲 Also, funny clip
