I hope a day 1 patch fixes some issues in Code Vein II. Currently performance mode and cinematic mode have no differences. The game can't hit a stable 30fps in either mode. The lack of multiplayer is a huge miss but for gameplay reasons make sense but still feels like a big step back. It's fun tho

I'm about to start Code Vein II. It looks less Souls-like, and more Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom-like with some Souls mechanics. It also looks like they're cutting the already thin ties to God Eater it had. I'm a little sad the old group seems to be MIA and that they cut multiplayer.

Alright now that Trails: Beyond the Horizon is out I can get back into the series. I stopped at Daybreak because if I can't binge at least three games in the series back to back I get sad. Though to be fair I did play Sky the 1st all the way to Reverie without stopping.
