A simple idea on tanking I had that I'm shocked nobody has suggested is to pull for all 14 slots instead of 4 and redistribute the combos from the teams selected to keep the same proportions. Would bottom teams falling 10 slots regularly be enough of a deterrent or would it incentivize tanking?
