Many things in this life are constructs, which are made of real things, but are themselves not real.

These things must be held onto lightly, we can allow them to be, and enjoy them, but also, let them go easily.

-ideas
-countries
-relationships
-businesses
-buildings
-possessions

We are anchored in the present moment.

The coin to me represents a symbol of what is REAL

-99.99% pure silver
-a pure element on the periodic table
-as old as the cosmos
-it will far outlast me
-can be altered
-can never be destroyed

Because- nothing real can be threatened.

So, what is real?

See, resting between these two realities, that, is where your soul abides.

Not in future.
Not in the past.

In the present moment. That’s where your soul is anchored, it could not be otherwise. Perhaps you don’t believe in a soul, ok, that is where YOU are anchored.

It could not be otherwise

Some might know where this comes from remember:

Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.

My own take on the next phrase:
Resting between these two realities, is a never ending peace of all creation, found only in the present moment.
