This is the process behind all Fraymakers animations! Our animators handle the sketch stages so we can experiment and refine, then a pixel artist lays down the final outlines, coloring & shading.
This time, the sketches were by @ramseykaid.bsky.social and the pixel art was by @zukodave.bsky.social!

Además que en la mayoría de casos, no te forman, dan por hecho que ya sabes, y encima tienes que dar gracias que te han concedido practicas, porque es dificilísimo (sobretodo a ciertas edades y en ciertas profesiones)
En un futuro no muy lejano vamos a tener que pagar para currar, y es tristisimo
Del tema de los becarios en España, creo que se habla muy poco.
Trabajan lo mismo que un empleado a tiempo parcial o más, cobran menos de la mitad si es que tienen la suerte de cobrar y encima son el engranaje perfecto para que las empresas ganen más, pagando cada vez menos.
