Have you had a scan? I had an issue with my c6/c7 trapping a nerve, causing constant pins and needles. Tried physio and all the drugs. Had surgery 18 month ago and the relief was instant. Recovery was about 6 weeks, but that was just about not being insured to drive. Was fine after about 3 weeks.
