Americans should pay attention when folks abroad tell us they don’t see us protesting much. They have a point!
Many of them are boycotting the US till the regime ends - what are *we* boycotting to force an end to the regime?
On day 3 of the Iran war, U.S travelers can expect to see higher prices at the pump while travel stocks slump.
Renewing our suggestion: strategic boycotts tied to impeachment demands. “No flying domestic till Trump’s fired.” Has to be on that scale but the potential is there.

Environmental justice does not exist in isolation. CEJA stands in solidarity with immigrant communities demanding an end to ICE raids and detention, a permanent ceasefire, and an end to U.S. support for violence and genocide abroad. A just future requires defending our communities’ right to exist.
We deserve democracy, not whatever the fuck this is.
Impeachment is the remedy.

You have to wonder if there’s passenger resistance. Or detainees experiencing severe health issues due to abuse or medical neglect. I wish someone at @afacwa.org would blow the whistle on what’s happening, since AFA flight attendants crew some of these ICE flights.
The closer you look the more signs you see that ICE charters are a mess. In one one week:
-Omni ICE flight had a 7-hour sit, then possible depressurization
-2nd Omni flight stranded in blizzard for 14 hours
-Air Wisconsin ICE flight emergency return
-Eastern ICE flight diverted
-Global X emergency

Part of the reason the whole country hasn't been screaming about trans Kansans who drive being made criminals overnight is because there's so much else that's unconstitutional and horrifying.
But part of it is because it's happening to trans people.
At a time when the people are desperate for leverage over a corrupt, unaccountable government, this is an incredible source of leverage.

Every single element of life is either more deadly, more expensive or more inconvenient (often all three) today than it’s been in decades & it’s purely because our robber baron overlords decided to dedicate the entirety of the US apparatus to doing barbaric & culturally suicidal white nationalism
There are many reasons for such a boycott, but a simple one is solidarity with millions of people abroad, who have already been much abused by American empire and are finally treating us as a total pariah under the current monstrous regime.
If anti-Trump Americans boycotted domestic flying, and tied that boycott to impeachment demands, the economy could not sustain it. We believe Trump would be forced out within months.
