After launch, I might give it a try when it's on sale. I really love this game and this series, but it just feels like a half-assed attempt. It is sadly expected when you don't have the original team involved.

I try to be optimistic about remakes/remasters but going by the footage from the demo and I have played the original version as well. It's very difficult to praise what they have done, when I can see what they could have improved.
