Shinozaki Ayumi, from Corpse Party. The image features two references on the left side, one is from the original BloodCovered from 2008, and the other from Repeated Fear. The sketch is in the center, uncolored, and portrays her from a little above the hip upwards.
Ditto, but colored. Despite taking more after her 2008 version, the blue-ish dark hair remains.
