Apparently the ExecBoard has chosen to not implement them and instead delegate on an unspecified 'taskforce' with no timeline. We need action now if we're to rescue the EAA from the authoritarian clique that has hijacked the Board and bullied anyone who attempted to dissent.

hay un par de equipos que han estado por la zona en los últimos meses (aprovechando que ahora te secuestran menos) volviendo a investigar esto, así que promete la cosa!
Pero de nou generalitzar no ajuda, jo sóc outsider absoluta que no ha fet un curset inutil en la vida i aci estic. Es pot (i deu) ser critic amb l'acadèmia sense caure en generalitzacions, insults ni simplificacions.
No estava diguent que els criteris nous foren ideals, sino que extingixen el model del que no fa res. La gent treballa i prou, a més. Després coincidisc que se'ns ha anat la mà amb els punts i els cursets i que sovint es perd de vista el realment important a l'hora de triar al personal.
És a dir, crec que en el fons estem d'acord, però discrepem tant en els diagnòstics com en les formes.'Els que no fan res' s'estan extingint poc a poc amb els canvis als sistemes de contractació. Però si no aprofitem per repensar el sistema els reemplaçaran postdocs precaris i consolidats cremats.
Ni tan sols, crec que és viable (que no desitjable) trobar solucions parcials als problemes causats per la IA sense modificar les qüestions de fons. Per això és essencial evitar acusacions infundades i generalitzacions banals que sols enterboleixen el debat.
En esta situació, dir que aquells que estem intentant repensar com gestionar açò ho fem perquè 'no currem una merda' i la IA ens fica en evidència, em pareix òbviament insultant, però sobretot igual de improductiu i de reaccionari que el pànic moral que inicialment critiques.
Ara bé, estic d'acord en que hi ha molt de pànic inútil amb el tema de la IA i que part del problema és que ha ficat en evidència deficiències existents. Però també ha generat problemes nous que requereixen de ferramentes i marcs dels que no disposem ara mateix.
Crec que la situació deu variar prou entre assignatures/universitats. Jo fins ara he tingut la sort de no donar-ne cap que caracteritzara com 'treballs al pes', de fet sempre he pogut ajustar l'avaluació a càrregues amb sentit pedagògic. Potser haja tingut sort, però el que descrius no és universal.
Açò com a generalització no és cert i em pareix profundament injust. Duc una dècada llarga treballant a universitats vàries i la majoria de companys/es dediquem temps i esforç a corregir i donar comentaris.A més els detectors de plagi serveixen més bé de poc, particularment en llengües minoritàries.
